Triple Berry and Chia Yogurt Parfait

I found lot of berries on sale this week!! YAY! I love fresh fruit 🙂 I got a lot of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries and I was very eager to enjoy some before my kids gobbled them all up! I made these parfaits for breakfast today and they were so quick and easy and yummy! I also had an amazing oatmeal mix I had picked up from the farmers market, with nuts, dates and massala spices, I used that in place of where I would normally use granola, it was so good. Granola would work great as well though. This makes enough for one parfait, of course it would be easy to make up as many as you needed. We had this for breakfast, but it would make a great dessert or snack as well!

Triple Berry and Chia Yogurt Parfait

3/4 cup (6 oz) Plain Greek Yogurt
3-4 Strawberries, sliced
6 Raspberries
6 Blackberries
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2-3 Tbsp Oatmeal or Granola

Find a super fun cool looking glass to make this in (that’s a very important step ;-D). Place about half the yogurt in the bottom of the glass, Layer half of each type of berry on the yogurt. Sprinkle about half the chia seeds on berries. Spoon the rest of the yogurt into the glass. Layer in the rest of the berries. Top with granola or oats and sprinkle the rest of the chia seeds. Enjoy immediately.
