Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

This dip was so good I could barely keep from eating it all! My first though is to serve it with graham crackers which is really good. But I have also found it to be excellent with cinnamon and sugar pita chips or slathered on a bagel (particularly a pumpkin bagel!) I also think it would go great with some apple slices. It’s so very quick and easy to whip up to, making it the perfect go to recipe for any fall gathering. Now I’m looking for reasons to make some of this up, I need a fall party!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/4 Powder Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Allspice
1/8 tsp Clove

In medium bowl, blend cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add pumpkin and blend until mixed in. Add sugar, vanilla, and spices and blend until combine. Keep chill until ready to serve.
